When we lived in New Hampshire we were very lucky to get to know Dan and Mary Fox of Fox's Pride Nubian's in New Boston, NH. We continue to be very grateful for all of their help and advice in getting us started with dairy goats. We were very proud of the initial registered foundation stock we purchased from Fox's Pride. After relocating to Virginia and deciding to bring Nubians back into our herd, we felt doubly blessed to meet Don and Carol Baker and purchase foundation stock from their Chribrydon herd. It would be hard to find other dairy goat breeders more dedicated to preserving and improving the dairy goat than the Fox's and the Baker's. As is evident not only by the fine blood lines and confirmation that each herd possesses, but also by the many years of service that each have dedicated to the state dairy goat associations in their respective states. |
